What is collected

The “Start a project” form is the only place on this site where personal details are entered. It collects:

  • the type of project;
  • your name;
  • your e-mail address;
  • your description of the project;
  • a budget range, optional.

Nothing else is recorded. The form carries a hidden field that turns away automated submissions: a visitor never fills it, and nothing from it is kept.

Purpose and legal basis

The details are used to reply to you and, where it goes that far, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR).

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. An enquiry that goes nowhere is deleted on the same terms.

Who receives it

Your details are neither sold nor passed on. The only recipient is the publisher of this site. They travel through the host, Vercel Inc., which serves the site and the form’s entry point.

Your enquiry is recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet that only the publisher can open. Google is a storage provider here, not a recipient: what you wrote is of no use to it.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are established in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards set out in chapter V of the GDPR: an adequacy decision covering the provider, or standard contractual clauses.

Audience measurement

Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics. It writes nothing to your device: no cookie, no identifier kept in the browser. It does not follow you from one site to another, and it only counts page views and where they came from, for the publisher alone. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in measuring the audience of one’s own site (article 6.1.f GDPR).

This site sets no cookies. That is why no consent banner appears: there is nothing to consent to.

Outbound e-mail

Introductory messages may be sent to professionals — agencies, studios, companies — whose address appears on their own site or in a public register. The details used are limited to the name of the organisation, the name of its lead where that is public, and a work e-mail address.

Companies that have objected, at the French national business register, to their details being released for marketing purposes are excluded from these sends.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in offering a service directly related to the recipient’s own activity (article 6.1.f GDPR). No data is bought from a broker, and no personal address is used.

Unsubscribing

Every message carries an unsubscribe link. You can also write to contact@kolomiiets.fr: it takes effect immediately.

Your address is then kept on a suppression list, for the sole purpose of never writing to you again.

Your rights

You hold the following rights over your data:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to object;
  • right to portability.

To exercise them, write to contact@kolomiiets.fr: you get an answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiries received are accessible to the publisher alone.

Changes

This policy can change, in particular if a new processor takes part in the handling. The date at the top of the page says when it last did.
